How It Works
Discover a unique workplace experience that builds confidence, strengthens communication and brings teams closer together. Through expert coaching, music and live performance, your employees will develop skills that extend far beyond the stage.
Workshops
6 weekly workshops working with a group of your employees to build confidence, strengthen communication and presentation skills, and create meaningful connections through the joy of music. Together, the group chooses a selection of songs they'd love to perform, and our expert vocal and performance coaches guide them every step of the way.
Confidence
No previous singing or performing experience is needed, just a willingness to get involved.
Over six weeks, participants grow in confidence, develop their voice, support one another, and discover what they're capable of in a fun, inclusive environment.
Live Performance
The programme culminates in an unforgettable live showcase at The Sugar Club, where colleagues come together to celebrate their achievements. Professionally hosted and fully produced, it's an inspiring evening that leaves participants with a genuine sense of pride, accomplishment and connection.
An Amazing Experience
I loved every moment of my Let it Shine experience. The coaching team put us through our paces in a fun and relaxed setting and encouraged us at every opportunity. We all grew in confidence every week and everyone shone on Stage during the final performance. I would highly recommend everyone to take part in any of the future Let it Shine workshops.

Zero To Polished In 6 Weeks!
I've been involved with amateur Musical Societies prior pre pandemic so was pretty rusty and a bit nervous of getting back in the saddle. I needn't have worried. What was different about Let it Shine was the absolute Professionalism from start to finish, but also in a fun and inclusive atmosphere weekly. The coaches were brilliant and challenged me to push the boundaries of my abilities so from Zero to polished in 6 weeks , what more could you ask for , thanks to all involved
